Refund policy

Return & Refund Period: 5 Days

Due to the fast processing and dispatch of orders, we offer a maximum return and refund period of 5 days from the date of delivery.

Policy Terms:

• Customers may request a return or refund within 5 days of receiving the item.
• The makeup bag must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling after delivery.
• Customers must provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the product if requesting a refund for a damaged or incorrect item.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Return requests submitted after the 5-day period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Note: Because orders are processed and shipped quickly, order cancellations may not be possible once an order has been confirmed.
